CUSTOM RUG ORDERS

Ordering a custom rug is simple and easy – simply read the order instructions and submit the form below.


In your submission, we kindly request that you specify any specific colors you desire for your custom rug. If you want the colors exactly like the image, specify that as well. This will help us create a design that truly matches your preferences. Please attach a clear picture of the design you want for your rug (or a description of your vision), along with your desired size. Our rug sizes currently range from 1 ft to a maximum of 3 ft. Please note that rugs that include a lot of detail, will have to be 3 feet. Wall rugs start at 7 inches. If you are unsure of the size you would like, we will send you a quote for various sizes so you can choose what works for you. 

 

Once we receive your request, we will carefully review your design and size specifications to ensure we can bring your vision to life. Once your custom order is approved, we will notify you via email with a price quote along with an invoice for the deposit payment. A $50 deposit is required for all custom orders. This deposit serves as a commitment fee and will be applied towards the total cost of your rug. 

 

Once your deposit payment is received, we will begin handcrafting your custom rug. You will be notified of the estimated date of completion once we have received your deposit. 

 

For online orders: The remaining balance will be due once the rug is completed. You will receive an email with pictures of your completed rug, along with an invoice to complete your payment. Please note that we cannot ship your rug until we receive the remaining balance. 

 

For local orders: (Houston/Katy/Cypress area only):  The remaining balance will be due once your rug is complete before pick-up/delivery. Cash payments are only accepted for pick-up orders. You will receive a picture of your completed rug along with an invoice for the rest of your payment once your rug is complete. 

If you choose the pick-up option, we will email you to schedule a pick-up time. If you choose delivery, we will email you when your order is out for delivery.
